Notice Regarding Infection Control Products due to Coronavirus

As you may be aware, recent developments regarding the Coronavirus have created large surges in market demand for many PPE and infection control products. AllForDentist (Interguide DMS), along with most distributors, has seen a tremendous spike in order volumes over the past few months for these specific product categories and we are working to provide product solutions for our customers.

We are and have been in the process of contacting and working with our manufacturer and supplier partners to understand their capacity to keep up with the demand. We have been reaching out to all customers who have already placed orders for masks and have offered the opportunity to either cancel their orders, or wait for an extended backorder time. At this time, we are out of stock in most of these categories, particularly N95 masks and regular earloop masks. We estimate our lead times for these categories to be at least 4-6 weeks. There is a strong chance that it may take longer due to recent developments in the United States.

At this time, we are searching for alternative mask supply for the public. Our major brand manufacturers are overwhelmed with demand and simply do not have the facilities to keep up. As a result, we have seen an uprising in companies "price gouging" for in-stock supply. We at Interguide, as a company, do not wish to raise prices to an unaffordable level for essential infection control supplies, but we do need to allocate as much available stock as possible to essential healthcare workers first and foremost.

We will continue to accept orders from the general public, but we will be prioritizing orders from licensed medical professionals first. An extended backorder time WILL apply. Prices will need to be temporarily raised in order to reflect new costs, but we will do our absolute best to limit these price increases as much as we can. The only way we can do this is by setting hard limits on the amount of masks that can be ordered without a medical/dental license, which will be implemented in the next coming days.

We unfortunately will be temporarily limiting our shipments for infection control products to within the United States ONLY until further notice. All other products are still available to ship worldwide, unless stated otherwise.

We currently do have a US manufacturer who does have ASTM Level 3 masks currently available in stock, but they are priced at a premium due to lack of availability in the United States. They are priced at $60.00 per box of 40 masks. If you urgently need something right away, this is an option we have been offering to the general public. We do not have limits on these masks, and there may be a price discount available if ordered in bulk. We do not wish to advertise these masks heavily due to their price, but it is an option that we can receive fairly quickly.

All orders for infection control products will need written confirmation that you agree to our temporary policy changes and extended backorder times. If you do not wish to wait, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund without any penalty. If you do wish to proceed with your order, please note that once your order is confirmed, it will be non-cancelable and non-returnable to avoid any excess unsellable product supply. This policy applies to the following categories of products and is effective immediately. Confirmations will be requested via email once we receive your order.

Impacted Categories: N95 masks, regular earloop masks, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, thermometers, isolation gowns, gloves, shields and other infection control categories.
